Turn on Bluetooth, grant the permissions Android requests, keep the bike powered on and nearby, and close the manufacturer's app if it is already connected. Some bikes allow only one active connection.

For the fastest help, include your app version, Android version and the steps that led to the problem. Never post passwords, account tokens or unredacted personal data.
GPS & ride recording
Allow location access for ride features, check that device location is enabled, and confirm Android battery restrictions are not stopping background activity. GPS accuracy depends on device and surroundings.
Offline maps
Use a supported raster MBTiles file, make sure there is enough free storage, and allow the import to finish. Online map tiles need an internet connection; offline maps must be imported in advance.
Bike compatibility
Compatibility depends on bike model, display, controller and firmware. Experimental drivers are read-only and may expose incomplete telemetry. Do not assume that one model's support applies to another.

Share diagnostic evidence carefully
Only export a report if you choose to. Inspect it first: identifiers and diagnostic events may still reveal information about your device or setup. Verification reports are intended to omit GPS route coordinates.
